1892 bilingual Arabic and French 5m postal stationary envelope, sent registered internally with a pair of 5m tied by WASTA 24 III 92 cancels. A boxed registration h/s is at the lower left, at the upper left is a boxed rural cancel. Wasta was a village on the Nile about 50 miles south of Cairo. Uncommon.
