A boxed cachet is on the front of the cover ‘CORRESPONDENCE RETARDEE / ACCIDENTELLEMENT EN SERVICE’ An arrival cancel of 4.12.89 is on the back – a delay of 104 days. It is believed that this cover was in a mail robbery and later recovered. Very uncommon.
